We are very proud of our skilled students who are moving into full-time employment or military service after graduation!  On May 30, the District held its first annual Military & Career Signing Day at Cedar Cliff and Red Land to honor these members of the Class of 2019 and celebrate their accomplishments. Opportunity for Incoming Kindergarten Students

Mission Transition offers children who are entering kindergarten in August with the opportunity to develop social skills while exploring beginning literacy and math concepts.

Each session begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 11:30 a.m. Students may attend any or all of the dates at no cost.

Bookmobile Dates, Times, and Locations

Join the West Shore School District as we kick off another fun-filled summer of Driving Literacy Home. Children in pre-school through high school are invited to join us at one or more of the locations listed and pick out a free book. Summer Office Hours & Report Card Information

For a seven-week period from June 17–August 2, all District schools and the Administration Center for Education will be open Monday through Thursday and closed on Fridays. In addition,  fourth marking period report cards will be available for pick up at each school during regular work hours by Monday, June 24 and may also be accessed online after June 13 via PowerSchool.  More +
Summer Meals

Kids & Teens Eat Free This Summer

From June 17 through August 16, the West Shore School District, in partnership with Sodexo, will offer free breakfast and lunch service! No registration is needed for children up to 18 years-old, regardless of their family’s economic status or district of residence, to obtain a free breakfast and/or lunch. The District is very pleased to share a completed 3D rendering of the new Rossmoyne Elementary School. We are thrilled to see the conversations and feedback collected from administrators, students, parents, teachers, and the community come to life in this video.  As you watch, we hope you will share in our pride and excitement. Aubrey and his dad
Aubrey Dawson and his father Adam are hiking the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine. Aubrey took on extra schoolwork to graduate early from Cedar Cliff High School so that he could embark on this once in a lifetime experience. #WestShoreProud
