All the West Shore School District Board Policies are available online. Policies are grouped by categories and may be searched by keywords or phrases.  As of July 1, 2026, a new website location is hosting our District policies. It looks different than it did before and may continue to change appearance in the days and weeks to come.

Board policies are revised, as necessary, to reflect changes in law, state regulations and District need.  The Board is provided draft copies of proposed changes with new language underlined in red and deleted language shown as blue strike-through.  Green indicates language moved from one are of the policy to another.  Typically, the revised policies are presented to the Board the month before they are asked to approve them.
