Effective March 18, 2024, in addition to using the AgendaManager website to share agendas online, the District will make a PDF version of School Board Meeting and Board Committee Meeting agendas available for download. In keeping with Sunshine Act guidelines, agendas will be posted online no later than 24 hours in advance of the time of the meeting. Printed copies of the agenda will also be available for those in attendance at the meetings. 

The AgendaManager link above provides a more detailed overview of the agenda with related files and notes. Posted PDFs provide a more general outline of what will be discussed during the meetings and serve as an alternate way of distributing information should AgendaManager not be available for any reason.
