INSPIRE collaboration between educators and learners, and parents and community partners. Collaborative efforts will assist our broader school community in realizing the value of diversity and the benefit of equitable and inclusive learning.  

ENGAGE each unique member of our community with inclusive District-wide celebrations and create opportunities to learn and discuss topics related to diversity. Through the promotion of these events in supportive spaces, we will send a clear, unified message that all students belong and their voices valued.

EMPOWER students, staff, and parents to be allies in the creation of unbiased, diverse, and inclusive spaces in our schools and community.  While utilizing best practices and a common vocabulary, we will advance critical conversations promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion in our classrooms and prepare students for an increasingly diverse world.
