If you need assistance with a District issued Chromebook, iPad, or application on the device, please review the support options below depending on your child’s learning model.
IN PERSON:
Software Issues:
- Please see your child’s classroom teacher so they can troubleshoot. The teacher will double check their embedded links, permissions, settings, etc.
- In the event they can’t resolve the issue they’ll submit a helpdesk ticket on behalf of the student.
Chromebook Issues:
- Please try PowerWashing your device first, by following this guide.
- If you still have issues please take the device to:
- -Office (Grades 3-5)
- -Library (Grades 6-12)
iPad Issues:
- Please take the device to the Office (Grades K-2)
- A replacement iPad will be issued for the student.
ExCEL:

iPad Issues:

- A technician will reach out with troubleshooting steps, or to arrange for the device to be dropped off for repair at a District building where the student will receive a replacement iPad.
CAOLA:
CAOLA Course Issues:
- If you encounter a technology issue within the course, please contact the CAOLA IU Support Helpdesk at 717-732-8403 and choose option 3.
- You may also email them at [email protected] and cc [email protected] on all emails you send to the CAIU Helpdesk.
Hardware/Software Issue (Non-CAOLA Course related issue):
