ACE Room Calendar & Reservations

ATTENTION STAFF: We are now using the District's Online Facility Request System to post the ACE room calendar and make room reservations.
 

Follow the instructions below to view the calendar and schedule rooms. 

  1. Go to https://wssd.gofmx.com/login
  2. District staff should click "Staff Login" and use their .bz email address to log in.
  3. Click on the "Filter" button in the upper left above the calendar grid. 
  4. From the drop down, select "Administration Center (ACE)" under the Building category.
  5. Review the calendar for room details and availabilty.
  6. Click the red "+ New request" button in the upper right to schedule your request.
  7. Complete the New Schedule Request page and click the green "Submit" button at the bottom.
  8. You will receive confirmation of your request via email. 
 
Questions may be sent to Mrs. Wolfe or Mrs. Ort. A training using this new system is planned for July 16th. If you are interested in attending and have not already registered, please contact Mrs. Ort.
