ATTENTION STAFF: We are now using the District's Online Facility Request System to post the ACE room calendar and make room reservations.
Follow the instructions below to view the calendar and schedule rooms.
- Go to https://wssd.gofmx.com/login
- District staff should click "Staff Login" and use their .bz email address to log in.
- Click on the "Filter" button in the upper left above the calendar grid.
- From the drop down, select "Administration Center (ACE)" under the Building category.
- Review the calendar for room details and availabilty.
- Click the red "+ New request" button in the upper right to schedule your request.
- Complete the New Schedule Request page and click the green "Submit" button at the bottom.
- You will receive confirmation of your request via email.
