Go to the office.  You will be given a pink card to fill out.  We are not always able to immediately fix the problem, however locker problems are fixed by our custodian within 24 hours.

How do I get a new lunch ID card?
Go to the office.  If you forgot your card at home, you will need to go to the end of the lunch line and give the cashier your name.  If your card is truly lost, you may receive one (1) replacement card free of charge.  If the replacement card is then lost, additional cards are $5 each and it takes 4-5 days to order and receive one.

Any student who does not have an ID card needs to go to the back of the lunch line and is not allowed to purchase extra items.  Without a card, students may only purchase a regular lunch.
