Staff are available to meet with students and/or parents during school hours (7:30 AM - 3:00 PM). To schedule an appointment, students should request to see a counselor before school starts or during lunch/flex time to obtain a pass for an appointment. Students can also email a counselor with a meeting request.

During the summer, email is the best way to contact counselors as they are not working in the building. If you need an immediate response, please call the school at 717-938-6561. Please be aware that the building may be closed from time to time due to staff vacations, meetings or building cleaning.

If you have a student withdrawing over the summer, please make arrangements to drop off their Chromebook(s)/and charger(s) with the district. If no one is in the school office, they can be dropped at the ACE building on Fishing Creek Road. Please call the building (717-938-6561) before coming in to ensure someone is in the office. If you need copies of immunization/grades/transcripts please call prior to coming in. If secretary on vacation, these records can be emailed at a later time.

Work permit applications can be picked up at the front desk or printed from the guidance website.
