In addition to staying home, it is important that families and staff communicate with their building principal/supervisor if they are confirmed or presumed positive for COVID-19. For a complete directory of principal email addresses, please visit the Contact Us page on the District website.

 

As Dr. Stoltz shared in his Community Update on November 20, Pennsylvanians who are traveling outside the state are now required to provide a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to entering the Commonwealth or to quarantine for 14 days upon arrival in Pennsylvania, unless they qualify for one of the exemptions. Since his update, the PA DOH provided additional guidance children under the age of 12 are not required to receive a negative test or quarantine. By the end of the week, will be sharing a COVID-19 Tracker with our school community. The tracker will provide data on active cases, quarantine numbers, and total cases impacting our District.  A link to the tracker will be included in all COVID-19 Parent Communications and available online on the COVID-19 Notification Process & Communications page once finalized.

 

For those interested in doing so, requests to change your child’s Phase 2 Learning Option must be made by 4 p.m. on December 2. Information was sent to all families on November 24 and is available on our website. 

We need the help of our talented students to design the District's official 2020 holiday card. For submission information, please visit our website. Deadline for entries is 4:30 p.m. on December 3.
