1.  Your child is able to keep their library book(s) at school or bring it home - if you would like the chance to read the book with your child.  Ask them about what they are borrowing from the library if they don't regularly bring their library books home.

 2.  If your child is able to read on a higher reading level than their current grade you may write a simple note to me indicating what you will help them read or what kind of books you would like made available to them.  Please include your child's name, your name and the date.

Examples would be:

I will read easy chapter books with my child, please let him/her borrow Magic Tree House books.

My child has my permission to borrow Cam Jansen chapter books; they are on his/her reading level.

3.  If I have given you a price for a lost material, you can pay with cash or a check made payable to Hillside (Fairview) Elementary School.
