Annual Performance Objectives & Evaluation

Following each school year, the Superintendent shares his performance objectives and evaluation results with the community.

For the 2022-2023 school year, the performance objectives for Dr. Stoltz corresponded with the three focus areas established for the year.

District and School Improvement/Growth - Ensure the employment and implementation of a consistent process for district and school improvement/growth.

Management of District Resources – Ensure the effective management of the District’s financial, human, and operational resources to provide a quality educational program that supports continuous District and school improvement/growth.

Community Involvement – Ensure the employment and implementation of a process that communicates and provides feedback of timely and relevant information to a variety of stakeholders, including students, in order to promote community involvement in the District’s educational program.

Specific actions taken to achieve continued success in these areas can be found below.

District and School Improvement/Growth 
  • Implementation of the current District Strategic Plan.
  • Development and implementation of building specific plans for school improvement.
  • Development and implementation of future PDE planning requirements, e.g., plans for professional education, induction, student services, special education, gifted education, etc.
  • Analysis of data to inform and improve student learning, including but not limited to, data collected from various indicators identified on the School Performance Profile, teacher and principal evaluations, and other student achievement/curricular alignment related data.
Management of District Resources
  • Development of the annual budget reflecting the needs of the District and the use of District assets and resources.
  • Management of resources in a responsible, efficient, and effective manner.
  • Assignment and supervision of all District employees.
  • Management of the overall operations of the District.
Community Involvement 
  • Preparation and presentation of timely and relevant reports, publications, and other items for various stakeholders.
  • Implementation of regularly scheduled meetings with various stakeholder groups.
  • Dissemination of timely and relevant information through a variety of means, including print, digital, and other technological means.
Evaluation Results
 
During his evaluation, it was confirmed that Dr. Stoltz achieved successful progress towards meeting all three performance objectives during the 2022-2023 school year.
