4/18-4/24         Project Promwear closet will be open again on Wednesday, April 24, from 3:00-3:30 in room 113 after our Key Club meeting. If you cannot make it but still need a dress or tuxedo, please see Mrs. Dormer during 4th period.

 

4/18-4/26         The Talent Show is next Friday night at 7:00 p.m.! Tickets are on sale today during all three lunches. You can also purchase tickets online at showtix4u.com. Tickets are $8.00 and $10.00 at the door. Your attendance supports both your talented peers AND benefits Silence of Mary, a local organization that helps students in our own school district. Seating is reserved, so get your tickets early and get the best seats in the house!

 

4/17-5/3           Red Land Midget Football Cheer Registrations are available in the office.

 

4/12-5/17         The West Shore Foundation encourages all students, staff, clubs and organizations to participate in the Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community. The event is being held on the HACC Campus on Saturday, May 18, at 9:00 a.m. You can earn the chance to win $500.00 for your school or organization! Please pick up a flyer in the office for more information.

 

4/10-4/18         Seniors: The Red Land Patriot Pride student newspaper is attempting to reach as many of you as possible to complete a survey for a possible special addition of the newspaper focusing just on the Senior Class of 2019. It would be great to feature as many of you as possible! If you haven’t yet completed a survey, help us out by stopping by Mr. Washburn’s classroom 247 and participating in the short survey.

 

4/10-4/30         College bound seniors: The West Shore Education Association, a union made up of West Shore teachers and student support professionals, is offering a $500 scholarship for future teachers or those wishing to work with children. Please see Mrs. Resto or Mrs. Auxer in the guidance office for a copy of the application. Applications need to be completed and returned to the guidance office by Friday, May 10!

Each month during the school year, a student representative from Red Land speaks to the Board of School Directors during their scheduled Board Meeting.
