Hello, Red Mill!
Welcome to April! We would be remiss if we failed to highlight some of the big events that took place throughout the month of March. What a month it was... To kick it off, our 4th grade Academic Bowl team brought home first place! After a first round defeat, the team went on to win all of their remaining matches in the double elimination tournament. Congratulations to all of our participants & coaches and thank you for making us Red Mill proud!!!

We held a formal attire day and also celebrated our first-ever “Detective Day”. Long story short, we will most definitely be planning another Detective Day in school years to come! It was a BIG hit. Similarly, our Masked Reader 2.0 event was highly successful! Thank you to everyone who participated. We were certainly provided with some Broadway-level excitement and entertainment (Mrs. Saar!!!).
On a final note, our very own Bryanna Hart was recognized for her artistic abilities as she received the prestigious Youth Month Art Featured Artist Award! You may have seen her work presented on local billboards throughout the greater Harrisburg area! Congratulations, Bry!

Student Drop-off and Pick-Up
It is important that all parents/guardians follow posted traffic patterns during drop-off and pick-up. The patterns are designed to ensure student, staff, and family safety during these busy times.
March Madness Free Throw Shooting Contest
The March Madness free throw shooting contest is underway! We’re currently in the 3rd round where teachers and staff make as many foul shots as they can in 1 minute. The next round will be the Final Four. That round will be broadcast live to students in their classrooms and also to our DL students like a virtual assembly. It will be an awesome opportunity to celebrate together as a school while keeping safe at a distance. We’ll tweet out the results once we have a winner! Be sure to follow us on twitter @RMDolphins
