Entertainment/Facilties/Operations:

Responsible for all activities taking place during Mini-THON, setting up any equipment used, and is vital on Mini-THON day.

Family Relations:

Dedicated to making sure the Four-Diamonds families feel welcomed. You will be communicating, organizing, spending time with the families, as well as keeping track of all of the donors.

Finance:

Will spend most of the time counting money that is raised by other committees, as well as creating budgets for other committees.

Food/Hospitality:

Provides food for events throughout the year. Also solicits funding from local grocery stores and restaurants.

Marketing:

Obtaining donations from businesses either by calling or visiting. Also oversees canning.

Public Relations:

Raises awareness within the school and creates advertisements and posters.

Registration/Adult Help/Communications:

In charge of registering dancers and sign people in on the day of mini-THON.

Morale:

Responsible for creating the dance and getting everyone hyped for mini-THON.

Technology / Social Media:

Provides and assists effective and efficient technical solutions so that mini-THON runs smoothly.
