2017-2018 School Calendar Update: Last Day for Students is June 1st
Due to the weather related school closing on February 7, school will now be in session on Friday, April 27, 2018. The District will not to extend the school year for students to make up the March 21st school closing.
As such, the last day for school for the 2017-2018 school year is Friday, June 1. Classes will dismiss early as planned and the June 2 graduation date will not change.
2018-2019 School Calendar
Nearly 300 individuals participated in the calendar development process this year! We are thankful so many of you took the time to share your thoughts and valuable input with us.
Unlike the development of the 2017-2018 school calendar, when the feedback received could not be incorporated into a single calendar and two options were given to the community for a vote; this year, after careful review of the comments, concerns, and questions received, the District was able to accommodate changes into a single proposed calendar which was adopted by the Board of School Directors during the February 15th Board Meeting.
