*Attention Seniors! The senior class will be holding a meeting on Thursday (4/25) during period 2 and 6 in the auditorium to review end of year dates and graduation information. You are required to attend one of these meetings.
Prom Info
- Prom will be held on May 11, 2024 from 6:00 – 10:00pm at the Penn Harris Hotel. Dinner options are lasagna roll ups or garlic herb chicken with vegetable and potatoes.
- Tickets will be $50 and be on sale during the 4s from 4/29 – 5/3 in the concourse. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AFTER 5/3. If you will not be in school that week for whatever reason, make arrangements to have someone purchase your ticket for you. No exceptions will be made to this rule.
- You must purchase a ticket to reserve a seat at a table. You cannot reserve seats for people who have not purchased a ticket. Once chosen, seats will not be moved because you don’t like the other people at your table. It’s a dinner - not a lifetime.
- If you would like to bring a guest, you MUST fill out a guest form and have it approved prior to purchasing a ticket for your guest. Guest forms can be found outside of room 132 and 130 and in the main office. Students attending college/not currently enrolled in school but within the specified age must attach a photo ID to the guest form.
- If you are a senior and have not yet paid for your cap and gown or owe money for a box of candy, you will not be allowed to purchase a prom ticket until you have cleared those obligations.

*Senior t-shirts are now on sale! They are $15 each. Payment in the form or cash or check (made payable to CCHS) should be brought to Mrs. Yamashita in room 130 or Mrs. Shaub in room 132. The final day for orders and payments is 2/9/2024. No order will be placed without payment.
*All seniors need to pay for their cap and gown. Price is now $45.00, cash or check made payable to CCHS and must be given to Mrs. Shaub in room 132 or Mrs. Yamashita in room 130.
$40 cash or check (made payable to CCHS) must be given to Mrs. Shaub in room 132 or Mrs. Yamashita in room 130 by 2/29/24. After that date, the price increases to $45. If you have already paid – THANK YOU!
*If you signed out a box of candy, it’s time to get those payments in as well. It will become an obligation if we do not have your money for the boxes you signed out by 2/29/24.
*Attention seniors! If you will not be in the building semester 2, please bring $40 for your cap and gown to Mrs. Shaub in room 132 or Mrs. Yamashita in room 130 before the end of this semester.
*Would you like a free cap and gown and/or prom ticket?! Come see Mrs. Shaub (rm. 132) or Mrs. Yamashita (rm. 130) and start selling boxes of chocolates! Selling 3 boxes gets you a free cap and gown. Selling 6 boxes gets you a free cap and gown AND a free prom ticket. They are much easier to sell than you may think!

*A few updates in case you missed the class meeting yesterday:
- Please check your email and this page regularly (weekly) for important information regarding your senior year.
- An important email was sent out to you yesterday regarding caps and gowns for graduation. Please complete that info ASAP.
- You may also want to join our socials to be sure you are getting the latest information. QR codes can be found on the bulletin board in the main hallway of the second floor.
- We will be selling candy bars as a fundraiser again this year. If you sell 3 boxes, you can earn a free cap & gown. Selling 6 boxes will get you a free cap & gown and a free prom ticket. We will make an announcement and send emails when we are ready to start selling.
- Senior t-shirts will go on sale soon. Please watch your email and Schoology for how to order one.
- If you would like to be on senior senate, please see Mrs. Shaub or Mrs. Yamashita this week. Meetings will begin next week and we can always use more help and ideas.
