All-Sports Physicals for the 2019-2020 School Year

The West Shore School District, in cooperation with Red Cedar Family Practice, is pleased to offer PIAA all-sports physicals for all current sixth through eleventh grade students who are planning to participate on an athletic team offered by the West Shore School District during the upcoming 2019-2020 school year.
Physical exams will take place after school on Thursday, June 6, 2019 beginning at 3 p.m. at both Cedar Cliff and Red Land High Schools.  A sports bus will be provided for middle school students to travel from Allen, Crossroads, and New Cumberland to their respective high school to receive a physical.  Parents must provide transportation home for their student from the high school.
Students who plan to play ANY sport for Cedar Cliff or Red Land High School during the 2019-2020 school year are encouraged to attend. A physical exam is required prior to participation in any District sport.  This physical will be valid for any sport and all three sport seasons played during the 2019-2020 school year.
  • Payment - Athletes receiving a physical exam should bring $25.00 (cash, check, or money order made payable to Red Cedar Family Practice).
  • Completed Sports Physical Packet - Sections 1-5 of the PIAA CIPPE form must be completed prior to the physical. These forms can be downloaded on the Athletics Department page under the "Fall 2019-2020 Physicals Packets" section (click here).
