*There will be a mandatory senior class meeting on Thursday, May 10. It will be held in the auditorium. Seniors can come attend either the 9:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. meeting. Important end of year and graduation information will be given. It is important every senior attend one of the meetings.
*Any senior interested in having a role in the student run Baccalaureate program, please see Hannah Baluch or sign up outside room 236. Baccalaureate will be held Wednesday, May 30 at 7:00 p.m. at Christ Presbyterian Church in Allendale.
*If anyone would like to purchase graduation announcements, I, (Karen Pines), have them here at Cedar Cliff. They are the ones from HerffJones. The price is 5 for $10.00. They can be purchased in lesser or more quantities. I have a limited amount, so please contact me asap, my e-mail is firstname.lastname@example.org. or your child can pick them up in room 236.
*If you have a 92.5 accumulative GPA as of the end of the 3rd marking period and did not receive an invitation to the senior honors breakfast, please see Mrs. Pines asap. There are some students that are at HACC and not attending CC that I was unable to get their invitations to them. The breakfast is May 4th
*Prom tickets will go on sale on May 2 until May 16 during lunches in the cafeteria and first and second period in room 236. There will be a full dinner buffet, including dessert and lots of dancing. There will also be a photo booth. The theme is Fiesta. Cost is $45.00 per person. Cash or check accepted. Don't forget, if you're a Cedar Cliff student bringing a non-Cedar Cliff student, paper work needs to be filled out. The papers are in the office or outside room 236 and the ticket sales table.
Seniors who do not have English, they will need to see Mrs. Pines to fill out the card to indicate the name that they want on their diploma. This will need to be done by February 23.
$32.00 Payment for your cap, gown and tassel will be collected from today until February 28th; checks made payable to CCHS. You can bring your payment to Mrs Pines in room 236 or Mrs Kutz in room 233. You may also drop it off in the office before school until 7:30 a.m. Please take care of this as soon as possible. Please see Mrs. Pines or Mrs. Kutz with and questions or concerns.
Our class photo will be taken on Oct. 17th
in the stadium. Plan to arrive around 11:15 not 12:50 in order to prepare for the photo at 11:30. All students are encouraged to come back for the photo if you do not have class! Hope to see you there!”
Seniors: we will be filling out the forms to order your cap and gowns immediately following the outdoor picture on October 17. The picture is at 11:30 in the stadium and we will be staying in the stadium for a brief meeting.
We will be having our main fund-raiser starting on the 12th. There are incentives for how much you sell. You can earn prom tickets and your cap and gown. Packets will be given out to all senior English classes. If you do not have any English classes this semester, please see Mrs. Pines or Mrs. Kutz. Remember, the more you sell, the less prom tickets will be. We need your help!
Seniors--did you miss the deadline for buying a senior t-shirt? If you would still like to order a t-shirt, see Mrs. Pines or Mrs. Kutz by Tuesday at the end of the day. Don't miss out this time.
Class T-Shirts will be on sale from Wednesday September 13th Through Friday September 22nd. The shirts will be sold outside of the office during period 4 a, b and c. If you can not make it at one of those times, please see Mrs. Pines after school. The T-shirts are $10 and long sleeves are $15. You must have the money with you when you order your shirt.”
Seniors: If you were not at the class meeting on Friday, please see Mrs. Pines in room 236. You need to fill out important information. This needs to be done by Friday, September 1.
