Welcome to Mrs. Carothers Site!

Welcome to 3rd grade! We are going to have an amazing year learning and growing together! I am so excited to begin my second year teaching 3rd grade here at Red Mill Elementary. Previously, I taught 2nd and 3rd grade at Southwestern School District.  Education is very important in my life.  My goal is to help my students grow to love learning just as much as I do.

When I am not teaching, I love spending time with my husband and our two children.  This summer we  moved into a new house.  My family loves being outside hiking, swimming, playing sports, and just spending time together.

I cannot wait to hear about your summer adventures!

A few of my favorite things:

Pittsburgh Steelers

Pittsburgh Penguins

Pizza and Ice Cream
