2017-2018 Meal Prices

The Board approved the following meal prices for the 2017-2018 school year.

Elementary Breakfast - $1.60
Secondary Breakfast - $1.60
Reduced Price Breakfast - $0.30
Adult Breakfast - $2.10

Elementary Lunch - $2.65
Secondary Lunch - $2.75 and $3.10
Reduced Price Lunch - $0.40
Adult Lunch - $3.85 and $4.15

A La Carte Items

All students, regardless of whether or not they purchase a meal, are able to buy a la carte items if they have the needed funds available in their meal account. Items are compliant with the Healthy, Hunger Free Kids Act and Smart Snacks in School regulations.

Click here to view a partial listing of a la carte items available at the elementary, middle, and high schools. Availability of a la carte items may change throughout the year and differ with the age level of the students in each school.

Breakfast & Lunch Menus

The Food Service Department is excited to be working with Sodexo to increase the variety and quality of meals offered to West Shore students this school year. One of the first changes students will notice when they enter the school cafeterias is the addition of a new dining station - Kid’s Way Café at the elementary schools, Did You Know Café at middle schools, and the Crossroads Café at both high schools. Elementary
At least one of the alternate menu items will change every week.

Middle School
Students will enjoy an even wider selection of menu choices thanks to the addition of these meal stations.

Fast Takes - Salads, Hoagies, and Wraps
Honor Roll - Chicken Patties, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, and more
Stacks - Made to Order sandwiches
Thrive - Salad Greens, Fruits, and Vegetables
Upper Crust - Pizza and Calzones

High School
In addition to the items found on the middle school menu, Sodexo’s Street Eatz features a different menu alternative every week starting the first week of school with Sunset St. Strips followed by Canal St. Mac Attack, Beale St. BBQ, Olvera St. Tortas, and Main St. Tacos.

Breakfast Following a Two-Hour Delay

In the event of a two-hour delay, the middle and high schools will offer a modified breakfast menu; however, due to time constraints, breakfast will not be served at the elementary level.

Red Mill Families: Due to an equipment upgrade scheduled for Wednesday, September 6, Red Mill Elementary will be serving hot dogs instead of chicken patties as option 2. All other menu options will be the same.
