The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Student Assistance Program (SAP) is designed to assist school personnel in identifying issues including alcohol, tobacco, other drugs, and mental health issues which pose a barrier to student success. The primary goal of the Student Assistance Program (SAP) is to help students overcome these barriers so they may achieve, remain in school, and advance. Crossroads Middle School's SAP Team is comprised of teachers, guidance counselors and administrators. We also have liasons from Teenline and True North on our team. The referral form and parent permission form, provided on the website, are available for you to download and print. Any questions can be referred to your child's guidance counselor.
