Highland PTO

Mission Statement

The Highland Elementary PTO is a non-profit organization comprised of parents, community members, teachers and the administration of Highland Elementary School.  The Highland PTO's mission is to foster, enrich and supplement the learning environment for the teachers and students and to align resources with the vision of the school and its community.
