Volunteers Needed for Middle School Career Awareness Fair - November 1st
dental career board

On Friday, November 1, the District will hold its annual Middle School Career Awareness Fair for eighth grade students. The event is open to students at all three middle schools and will be hosted by Crossroads Middle School.  As students start to think about high school and their future after graduation, it is important for them to be exposed to different career possibilities. The fair provides students the opportunity to learn about a variety of careers and speak to individuals working in them.

We are currently looking for volunteers to speak at the Career Fair.

The format for the event is very casual, with students moving through and gathering information on careers that interest them.  The District will provide a table and chairs.  Please feel free to bring props, handouts, etc. associated with your career.
