Kindergarten registration has begun in the West Shore School District for the 2024-2025 school year and we can't wait to meet the class of 2037!
To complete the kindergarten registration process, your child must be at least five years of age before October 1, 2024, possess an official birth certificate, and proper immunization records. West Shore uses PowerSchool Registration, an easy to use, secure online registration system which makes uploading this documentation from home easy and convenient.
If you have a child who will joining us in September 2024 for kindergarten, please visit our website to begin the registration process.
We do not have a deadline for registering for kindergarten; however, by enrolling early, parents help us with staffing and class sizes to ensure a smooth start to the school year. Additionally, once registered we will have your contact information to invite your family to our Camp Kindergarten event where parents and children get to meet staff members, tour their elementary school, and enjoy a day with future classmates.
It is important to note that registration is for kindergarten only at this time. Online registration for new students entering grades 1 through 12 who have not previously attended one of our schools will open in April.
