Stories of Our Why is a podcast and video series from the West Shore School District that celebrates the voices and journeys of our students. Each episode features student speakers from Red Land and Cedar Cliff High Schools who have shared their stories at Board of School Directors, giving us a firsthand look at their experiences, challenges, and accomplishments.
From balancing academics and athletics to exploring unique summer opportunities, pursuing passions, and reflecting on the lessons that shape them, these students offer inspiring perspectives on what motivates them to grow, lead, and make a difference in their schools and communities.
The series takes its name from the District’s core mission—our “Why”:
We are dedicated to providing students with inspiring and relevant experiences so they may live meaningful, purposeful, and impactful lives.
