Friday, January 5, 2018, schools in the West Shore School District will operate on a two-hour delay with modified kindergarten. Given the number of buildings in our District, the distances our buses travel, and the number of students who walk to school each day, I feel the delayed start to the school day is in the best interest and safety of our students and staff.
