All schools in the West Shore School District will operate on a 2 hour delay with modified kindergartent on Thursday, March 22, 2018 (Cycle Day 5).
Kindergarten Registration Information:  Registrations for Lower Allen Elementary School families will occur on Monday, March 26 at the same time as their original appointment. Highland Elementary registrations will be held on Thursday as planned. If a new appointment date or time is needed for any of our families, they are asked to contact the school directly. Thank you.

Modified Kindergarten Schedule
Morning Kindergarten/KAP - 10:45 - 12:45 p.m.
Afternoon Kindergarten/KAP - 12:45 - 3:30 p.m.

Two-Hour Delay Schedule
High Schools - 9:37 - 2:45 p.m.
Middle Schools - 9:38 - 2:45 p.m.
Elementary Schools - 10:45 - 3:30 p.m.
Following the delayed start of school, transportation will be provided for students who attend Cumberland Perry AVTS. A limited breakfast menu will be available for secondary students only. Breakfast will not be served at the elementary level.  

Please Note: The last day of the third marking period has moved to March 22 as a result of Wednesday's closing.

The fifth grade chorus will perform at the Holiday Concert which is scheduled on December 14, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at Allen Middle School.

The fifth grade band and orchestra will also perform in the holiday concert. 

A more detailed invitation will be going out to every chorus member about a month before the concert.

The fifth grade chorus also performs twice in the spring on May 15, 2018.  There is a concert for the school at Allen Middle School at 9:30 a.m. and an evening concert at Allen Middle School at 7:00 p.m.

Concert dress! Please dress nicely for the concert. You should wear things like nice pants and shirts at the very least. Boys might consider wearing a shirt and tie, and girls might consider wearing a nice dress or skirt (but please not anything too short). You should avoid wearing jeans, sweats and t-shirts if you can. Please take pride in your appearance as much as we hope you take pride in your music!
